This link is a story about places in Philly that have done large scale murals, just one more thing for Albany to consider for some blank walls. It's interesting, it's certainly something that will attract attention and people to come see and if done in the right places it could really liven up some ares of the city. Or installations and other sculptures to get the arts community in Albany energized and involved. Cities that have embraced their arts communities have been successfully revived and become magnets for people, other artists and (re)development followed.
