Several times a week I take a bag and clean up the mess from across the street and down from St Peter's Hospital. Is there a way to get refuse cans lets say , at St Peters, maybe at proximity of the bars on New Scotland, Dunkin Donuts,etc. ? This is a quality of life issue that just bugs me. I know staff need to eat, but is there a way that containers don't always land on my "turf"...
